We hear a lot about mindfulness these days. On this Mindful Meandering, participants will learn ways to nurture the useful life skill of mindful awareness, while taking a different kind of nature walk. Our focus will be on staying present for what is happening around us and in us when we are in a natural outdoor setting, rather than on identifying flora and fauna, physical exercise, or reaching a particular destination.
Join Grace Burford at the Community Nature Center for interactive group and individual activities where we will tune our senses, turn our awareness to observing nature, and become mindful of how we are in nature.
Suggested Donation of $15 to $25 per person
Space is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
